Primrose, Dorset

The refurbishment, extension and reconfiguration of an existing residential care home, to provide 28 en-suite private rooms. The project also encompassed new kitchen, laundry, dining room, residents lounge, and other essential facilities.

Special Considerations include:

• The building had individual residents bedrooms, communal areas, staff areas, and commercial kitchen –all of which had to maintained whilst new facilities were created and made operational.
