Headlands

The construction of two new office and light industrial facilities (shell only). Located on a former brownfield site, the steel framed building was finished with masonry outer walls.

Fit-out works were not part of this contract and were carried out at a later date.

Special Considerations include:

• Brownfield site was cleared prior to construction
• The site had underground interceptor tanks from previous occupation
