Castle Street

The re-build of a Grade II listed building which had fallen into disrepair and was substantially taken down by hand and carefully rebuilt. Rebuilt to provide office accommodation.

Special Considerations include:

• Site was subject to extensive liaison with Listed Building Officer
• Use of lime mortar, horse-hair plaster, reclaimed bricks and timber
• Construction process required extra care to adhere to traditional methods and practices
