Redevelopment of an existing brownfield site. This site comprised the new-build of 16 apartments, associated parking, soft landscaping, and local infrastructure works.

Special Considerations include:

• Demolition, asbestos removal, and two sewer diversions were the initial operations requiring very detailed procurement proposals and documentation.
